During the lockdown, I started virtual turbo classes on a Monday at 7am and a Wednesday at 6.30pm and now we are no longer in a lockdown I have kept these classes running. These are a great way to get the motivation and accountability to participate in a hard session you would struggle to do alone without actually having to leave your home or be a member of a gym. It’s amazing how having the other participants on the screen can help with your motivation. It is also a coached session to improve your posture and pedal efficiency to transfer to your outdoor cycling and improve your performance.
