VIRTUAL CLASSES

During this unusual and uncertain time with gyms being closed and gatherings of people not being allowed I have had to move my fitness instructing business online as virtual live classes.

Virtual exercise classes have become the new way to get fit and maintain/improve fitness. It has also become a way to socialise with other people outside of their household at this crazy time.

I am a Level 2 Diploma BTA Triathlon Coach as well as a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
Having to adjust to teaching virtually has been a massive learning curve for me, but to keep doing what I love doing, it was something I had to learn quickly.
I am offering 2 types of virtual classes: Indoor Cycling and Dryland Swim Cord Class.

 

To do these classes all you need is to download the following:

 

Microsoft Teams (Business Option) This is the platform I use for you to join the class. Can be downloaded to mobile devices or PC/laptops – Microsoft Teams

Teamapp – This is the booking system, once downloaded & joined, wait for me to authorise then can book on via the events – TeamApp

Payment is £5 a session and done via Paypal.me

MONDAY: 7.30am – INDOOR CYCLING CLASS
For those who like exercising in the morning. An interval workout on indoor bikes, whether turbo, spin or watt bike. A great way to interact virtually with other people during this isolation period, be motivated to workout harder than on your own, learn correct technique and have some fun.

WEDNESDAY: 6.30PM – INDOOR CYCLING CLASS
An evening version of the class.  Each week for both Monday & Wednesday’s class I focus on different areas of fitness, for example: Hills/Strength, Tempo Efforts, Threshold Efforts, VO2 Max Efforts or a combination.

FRIDAY: 7.30AM – DRYLAND SWIM STRETCH CORDS CLASS
Swim based front crawl technique workout on dryland using stretch cords for underwater catch and pull through technique and swim specific strength exercises as well as bodyweight strength and core exercises, to improve front crawl neuromuscular pathways.
