What exactly is a Biomechanics Coach? As a Biomechanics Coach, I use a proven, evidence-based system to help athletes like you reach your full potential while keeping those pesky injuries at bay.

Here’s how it works: A comprehensive full-body assessment, paying close attention to your pelvis, spine, shoulders, knees, and feet. Our muscles, joints, and nerves are all interconnected in this amazing integrated system we call our body. By understanding how they affect each other, I can apply specific techniques to improve each area.

Once the assessment is completed, I’ll use the results to design a customised plan just for you. This may include targeted muscle energy techniques to ease any spasms in your pelvis, along with strength exercises for you to do daily. After about a week, we’ll reassess and see how these exercises have positively impacted your movement and alignment in the pelvis. From there, we’ll progress to addressing your spine and then your shoulders, unlocking greater freedom and mobility in those areas.

But it doesn’t stop there! We’ll move on to the stability and control phase, where we’ll focus on building a strong core through specialized exercises. This will provide a solid foundation of strength throughout your entire trunk.
And finally, the function and performance phase. This is where we strengthen your pelvis, spine, shoulders, knees, and feet to optimise your overall functionality. By using specific assessments based on joint strength ratios, we can even incorporate sport-specific movements that not only reduce the risk of injury but also enhance your performance.
