One-to-one coaching is for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. With a personalised approach and monthly coaching calls, I can tailor your training to meet your specific needs and goals, helping you become the athlete you aspire to be. If one-to-one coaching isn’t feasible, I also offer a squad option. Check my packages out below.
My one-to-one triathlon coaching is designed to cater to both beginner athletes and seasoned triathletes who might be aiming for GB qualification or tackling longer distances like 70.3 and Ironman. Each athlete receives a personalised training plan tailored to their specific goals, needs, and available time. I provide daily analysis of your workouts to ensure accountability and keep you on track. Our monthly coaching calls will help us build a trusting, collaborative relationship, boost your confidence and self-belief, and refine your specific goals. You will also benefit from unlimited contact with me via WhatsApp or Training Peaks comments, along with unlimited adjustments to your plan as needed to accommodate your weekly life changes. And if you live locally, you can join me for swimming and riding during our weekend group meet-ups.
Additionally, you will gain access to the Tribirdsport WhatsApp Community Groups, the exclusive Tribirdsport Kit shop, discounts on training camps and one-to-one sessions, and invitations to social community workshops, both online and live. I offer a single one-on-one coaching option to ensure my athletes receive comprehensive support. Developing an athlete to perform at their best with confidence and self-belief requires more than just a training plan; it involves focusing on various aspects that contribute to becoming a great athlete. However, I also provide Squad and Team memberships for those seeking different levels of engagement.

Squad is an unsupported package that provides a training plan tailored to your specific goals, whether you’re preparing for a race, tackling a challenge, or simply aiming to maintain fitness. Support comes from the community WhatsApp groups, where you can ask questions and other athletes or I can answer, arrange meet-ups with other athletes, discover recommended races, or engage in social banter. There are different groups for various topics, including a female-specific group.
Squad also includes participation in group workshops, available both online and in-person, access to the Tribirdsport kit shop, and discounts on training camps and other Tribirdsport offerings. If you live locally, you can join our weekend group meet-ups for swimming and riding.
As you can see, Squad is more than just a training plan.

One-to-One Phone/Video Call
This call can be tailored to your needs, whether it’s for pre-race plan guidance, post-race review, goal-setting assistance, or general coaching support.

One-to-One Coached Session
This can be an open water session to address fears or anxieties or to enhance your open water swimming technique. Alternatively, it could be a strength session to master the fundamental exercises or push your limits, a bike skills session to boost your cycling performance or ease cycling nerves, including mastering clipped-in pedals, confidently grabbing your water bottle, or signalling, or a run technique session.
1hr – £50
One-to-One Online Coached Session
A strength training session, can be conducted online, following an initial face-to-face session to ensure correct form.
45mins – £30
Other Coaching Options
If you prefer a mentorship approach, where you create your own training plan, which I will review and provide feedback on. Additionally, we’ll have monthly calls to help guide you towards achieving your goals. Alternatively, you might prefer a one-to-one plan written specifically for you but with minimal coaching contact. We can discuss pricing for these other options during a consultation call.
