About me

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help others.

I began my journey in triathlon as a complete novice, competing for a decade, gradually working my way up from shorter sprint distance races to finally conquering full Ironman distance races. However, due to persistent pain caused by a degenerative hip injury, I was forced to retire from running.

It was during this transition that I made the decision to become a triathlon coach, allowing me to share my passion for the sport, utilise my personal experience, and inspire others to achieve their goals.

Sport has always been a deep-rooted passion of mine, starting from a young age. This passion extends into my coaching, as I always strive to go that extra mile to help others reach their goals. Having achieved the top of my coaching aspirations as a British Triathlon Level 3 High Performing Coach, I am committed to a journey of growth and improvement. I continuously seek new knowledge and refine my skills to ensure I provide the highest level of coaching expertise.

If you’re contemplating a new challenge, whether it’s completing a triathlon, conquering an Ironman, qualifying for a World Championship, competing in a marathon or taking part in a challenge in any of these individual sports, I am here to support you on your journey. Together, we will not only achieve your goals but also make you a healthier, more confident individual along the way.
