By capturing your strokes on video, I can assess your form accurately and provide detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement. I prioritise key areas and suggest relevant drills to help you progress. This process can help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the specific areas that require attention, therefore improving your progress in swimming.

You’ll receive the video report for reference and analysis. For a more personalised experience, I offer face-to-face meetings to discuss your goals and strategies at an additional charge. Video analysis sessions are available on Tuesdays at 6am at the Bradfield College Sports Centre.

Every Tuesday at 6am at Bradfield Sports Complex in West Reading, I partner up with Georgia Jackson from Merlin Triathlon Coaching to deliver this special session. Our focus is to enhance your front crawl technique and help you become a better swimmer.

Whether you’re preparing for a specific swimming challenge, struggling to feel comfortable with longer distances, an experienced swimmer looking to iron out flaws in your stroke, feeling stuck at a plateau and not getting any faster, or simply seeking to boost your confidence and enjoyment in the water, this is the perfect opportunity for you. No matter what your swimming goals are, these sessions are designed to cater for all swimmers.

To ensure individual attention and personalized guidance, we limit the number of participants to a maximum of 12 swimmers. By doing this you can expect a focused and tailored approach to your needs.

Immerse yourself in the open water swimming experience at the picturesque H2O Swim Centre in Burghfield, Reading! From April to September, I offer a range of sessions to cater for different needs and abilities.

If you’re new to open water swimming, in partnership with Georgia Jackson from Merlin Triathlon Coaching, we provide group induction sessions to help you become acquainted with the unique challenges of swimming in open water. We understand that open water swimming comes with a lot of apprehension and fears, that’s why we kick off our sessions with an engaging presentation where we gather to discuss and address these concerns, providing effective strategies to alleviate them.  We also offer specialised open water skills sessions for those interested in racing and triathlons.

For personalized attention, I offer 1:1 coaching and small group coaching with a maximum ratio of three swimmers to one coach. During these sessions, I utilise swim coach bone connection communicators, a state-of-the-art tool that allows real-time feedback while you swim. This ensures that you receive immediate guidance and adjustments to enhance your technique and overall performance.
