Decided to blow up the paddleboard & get on it after my swim. Was lovely, so peacefull floating on the river, you see it in a different way. A lovely way to spend the morning, swimming then paddleboarding 😊

I did a solo river swim this morning as I couldn't find anyone available to swim with. I wore my bright pink hat & had an orange tow float with my phone in it (as a drybag as well) so I could be seen. I also marked my entry/exit into the water with another blown up tow float so I could see when I was swimming where to get out (and I was really thankful I did that).

I had a week's holiday back in August 2019 where I wanted to have a go at surfing, by the last day I managed to stand up 🥳 I couldn't of asked for a better week, the weather was glorious & the surf was awesome!

Love my rides with my bestest buddy @vanessaelliottpt we have such fun talking about everything & anything, getting to see the beautiful countryside, like these poppies, eating amazing cake, like this one at @waterfrontcafebenson

Mondays climbing session. This had some hard moves for a 6a, managed to get past them but struggled on the white route afterwards to get past a specific move 6a+ I was just too short & not flexible enough, my hands kept pinging off the crimp holds everytime I went to try the move. Had to skip past that move & continue the rest of the climb 😬 #wallclimbing #climbing #thisgirlcan

Another beautiful day & awesome ride with @vanessaelliottpt she really mapped us a beautiful route, lots of hills (which I don't mind, they make us stronger 😜) & a lovely café stop where we get a bike discount & our view was steam trains, how cool!!! And amazing cake too 😋 Love our rides, we always get to see places we'd never see if we're not cycling!! It really is a blessing having that love of cycling & a amazing buddy to experience it with 🥰
